Participants can quickly and easily classify their feedback by conversation type (Improvement Idea, problem described, lessons learned, customer story) and then assign their submission to a department/category. Participants are able to add tags and supporting information, including documents, images and media.

All feedback is automatically routed to the correct department heads and managers.
Participants have the choice to remain anonymous.
